Introducing: Drey Cheekz

Fun, Fresh Fierce? It’s Drey Cheekz! The young artists from East London  launches her first single of 2017 entitled ‘I Bring Me’ from her forthcoming EP Crossover available this summer.

Produced by XVR BLCK I Bring Me’ is the anthem for anyone who has a point to prove and something valuable to offer. Drey possesses a raw authentic RnB sound which has graced a number a features with the likes of Big Tobz, Blittz Gullyish and SNE.

I can’t help but be reminded of H.E.R but with an added urban edge when I hear this track.

The song details the importance of knowing your self worth. It describes succeeding even in the face of adversity, a message which is not only positive but widely relatable to everyone regardless of the circumstances.

Drey has received astounding support from Jade Avia (Rinse FM), Reprezent Radio, Westside and more.

Last year Drey released her Debut project called ‘Last Laugh’ and first music video to her single ‘New Girl’. All her releases have resulted into a staggering 100K plays only on Soundcloud and since then the vocalist has remained proactive working on brand new hits.

Drey Cheekz is a dedicated songstress constantly in the studio perfecting her craft and always working on fresh material for all of her supporters. Her voice has been described as “Fun to work with, soulful, sultry and at times gritty”.

Drey has an undeniable, beautiful voice that will move the masses. We invite you to be a part of that journey with your support. She is a force to be reckoned with and has a message that needs to be told.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the track in the comments below.
